This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that LLC “Ophellia Produkt” (Primary State Registration Number: 1207700413458, Tax ID: 9717096214) (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Administration”) may obtain about the User while using the Internet service “e-docs” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), provided by the Website Administration, as well as in the course of executing any agreements and contracts with the User.
1. General Provisions
1.1 The Website Administration processes personal data lawfully and fairly in order to fulfill legal duties, powers, and responsibilities assigned to the Administration, and to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration and Users.
1.2 Use of the Service and its individual features implies the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions of personal data processing specified herein. If the User disagrees with these conditions, they must refrain from using the Service.
2. Processing and Confidentiality of User Personal Data

4.5 The Administration applies all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect data from unlawful access, destruction, modification, copying, and dissemination.
4.6 The Website Administration and the User shall take all reasonable steps to prevent loss or unauthorized disclosure of personal data.
5. Changing and Deleting Personal Data. Mandatory Storage
5.1 The User may edit (update or supplement) their personal data via their personal Service account (if available) or by request to the email address listed in Section 10.
5.2 The User may delete their data (in full or in part) via their personal account (if available) or by request to the email listed in Section 10. Account deletion may result in full or partial inaccessibility of the Service.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law
9.1 The Website Administration may update this Policy. The new version indicates the date of the latest revision and takes effect from its publication unless otherwise specified.
9.2 This Policy and relations between the User and Website Administration are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
