Order Cancellation & Return Policy

A. Non-returnable Products:

• Opened food items or other perishable goods
• Customized or made-to-order products

B. Returns & Exchanges:

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging and labels must be intact
• A purchase receipt must be included in the return
• Returns must be made via the same courier service used for delivery
• Returns due to defective or damaged products are free of charge

⚠️ If a product has less than 14 days remaining before its expiration date upon receipt, it is considered unsuitable and will be replaced immediately at no cost.
